The purpose of this training is to empower companies in the Run at Rate process so that they can verify whether the Actual Manufacturing process, when operating under Normal conditions, is capable of producing according to the Customer's requirements regarding quality and quantity.
Note: This process should be applied at the beginning of a product's production, but it can be applied at any point in the product's life cycle.
Among the main objectives of this training, we can mention:
• Understanding and being able to apply GM's requirements for planning and validating production capacity according to the GM1927-17 Run at Rate manual - GM.
• Applying the acquired knowledge through case studies in simulated scenarios, using the GM1927-35 Workbook.
